Our client is a leading law firm specializing in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. Dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. Due to our continued growth, seeking an experienced and motivated RTA Fee Earner to join a dynamic team.

**The Role**:
As an RTA Fee Earner, you will manage a caseload of RTA claims, from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation. This role demands a proactive approach to case management, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering high standards of client care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling a caseload of RTA claims, including both pre-litigated and litigated cases.
- Assessing and valuing claims, negotiating settlements, and progressing claims to litigation if necessary.
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the claim process.
- Working closely with colleagues and external parties, such as medical professionals and insurance companies, to ensure timely and effective case progression.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case documentation.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as an RTA Fee Earner, with a strong track record of handling both pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims.
- Excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and experience in litigation.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Outstanding communication and client care abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- A Law degree or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.

Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
