Imaging Network Workforce Lead

We are recruiting for an Imaging Network Workforce Lead who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Come and join us in the ImageEast Imaging Network team as we continue to develop a new era of collaboration and cooperation in the way we deliver Imaging Services.
As our Workforce Lead, you will drive forward delivery of our Workforce Plan whilst working closely with colleagues from within our five member Trusts, and three ICS's as well as neighbouring Imaging Networks and Regional Teams.
Ideally, you will have a good understanding of the issues and challenges facing the recruitment and retention of staff in Imaging and a keen desire to improve the work-life of all staff within Imaging Departments.
Essential will be the ability to think big and be brave We are pushing traditional boundaries and want to deliver real positive changes to support our workforce and deliver excellent care to all our patients.

The key areas of focus for this role will be the delivery of the ImageEast Workforce Plan which has two main sections:
The Network Recruitment & Retention Plan
The Network Education & Training Plan
The role involves working remotely as part of a small Network team delivering the activities associated with achieving our Workforce Plan ambitions.
You will have the full support of the Clinical and Operational teams in each of our five Network Trusts and will work closely with Trust representatives and the Workforce Workstream chair to ensure the plan remains realistic, effective, and deliverable.
