We are looking for a senior person with at least 8+ years of which 4 should be current cloud (Azure) experience to efficiently manage a high-quality support and development team, to deliver the company's technology platform across a blend of cloud and on-premisesinfrastructure environments. To provide excellent thought leadership in the transition to delivering a "cloud first" technology roadmap, and ensuring capability and capacity of all resources (internal and external) are prioritised to deliver a highly secure enterprise class service,providing security, resilience, availability, and performance to agreed standards Duties - Define and execute the Group's Cloud & Infrastructure Platform strategy by assessing the business and technology requirements and evaluating possible solutions. Develop business cases to recommend solutions that support the mission, values, and prioritiesof the firm - Drive the adoption of cloud change articulating risks and opportunities for leveraging a cloud first approach - Ensure the technology team (internal and external) deliver enterprise level managed services to the firm incorporating all aspects of incident, problem, change and configuration management. Be the escalation point for all technology related issues and reportto senior executive monthly on delivery of technology services against agreed SLA's and OLA's - Work with the projects team to determine project scope and staff resources required to complete all projects that have a technology impact. Support the project team in efficient delivery of projects by providing technology leadership, escalation and decisionmaking - Manage the procurement process, installation, and configuration of all hardware and related upgrades. Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for cloud & infrastructure projects & initiatives - Define and manage IT Governance - ensure policies, processes and procedures meet client security and audit requirements, and reduce risk levels in the operation of the firm's infrastructure and networks
