**Area Surveyor - Damp, Timber & Waterproofing**

Job Title: Area Surveyor - Damp, Timber & Waterproofing

Area to be covered: Midlands

Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 + uncapped commission

Benefits: Fully expensed company car & full benefits
The role of the Area Surveyor - Damp, Timber & Waterproofing will involve:

- Field based sales surveyor position, selling a wide portfolio of structural building services / remedial works services such as: damp proofing, timber treatments & repair, structural waterproofing, structural repairs
- Majority of your time will be spent generating specification / conducting CPD’s with councils, housing associations, local authorities, architects and building services companies
- Another large element of the role will be spent on site surveying and providing estimates
- Once up and running with be tasked with growing the patch to £250k+ yearly

The ideal applicant will be an Area Surveyor - Damp, Timber & Waterproofing with:

- Must have sales or service sales experience working with damp proofing, timber treatments & repair, structural waterproofing, structural repairs
- Must be able to close and secure contracts
- Ideally qualifies to CRST standards and CSSW (however training will be provided)
- Ideally have knowledge of wall ties, lateral restraints, crack stitching
- Ideally have surveyor / estimating experience
- Ideally knowledge of Helifix & Rotafix systems
- Ideallt conducted CPD seminars
- Organised, hungry, hardworking and not a 9-5 field sales representative
