**Our Childrens residential home in the Great Barr local community supports upto 8 x Children/young people with complex mental health disorders. We are currently looking for a Team Leader Nights.**
- **Salary: £25,200 - £27,300**

**Hours**:Average 40 hours per week (4 x 10 hr shifts)

**Contract**:Permanent

**About us: Care Perspectives** is a specialist provider of care and support to children & young people who have complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. Since we established, we have worked tirelessly to develop services to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children & young people, creating services that nurture independence.

**Job Summary**:
As the **Team Leader** **NIGHTS** for the Childrens Home, some of your duties will be:

- Working with the Management team to ensure that systems and standards are maintained at a high quality level throughout the night shift.
- You will be nominated night shift lead, by planning organising and ensuring completion of team night duties and handover to oncoming day shifts.
- You must be able to motivate, support and guidance for staff on duty, on all shifts.
- Provide Staff supervision and appraisals.
- To provide on call support for staff, from home on a rota basis.
- To ensure night time duties are completed & recorded
- Organising rotas and ensuring correct deployment of staff team
- To monitor night time routines with staff and children whilst ensuring children are safeguarded at all times
- To support each young person to maintain a high standard of personal care; including intimate care, personal hygiene, health and sexual health needs and awareness and any mobility support that is needed.
- To support the medical health needs of children and young people, inclusive of medication administration, medical appointments and therapeutic and mental health and wellbeing needs**.**
