Ludlow Giftshop was opened in September 2024 and has a growing reputation for innovative and exciting gift ranges, including homeware, toys, gifts for all occasions, greeting cards and much more.. New outdoor ranges will shortly be introduced which will enhance the experience further.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ludlow Giftshop. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and advice, to help the customer in choosing the perfect gift. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand the customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and suppliers featured in the gift shop.
- Work closely with our Manager, to select new ranges that inspire.
- Follow merchandising plans, highlighting special occasions throughout the year.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and offerings to provide informed support.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service standards and product knowledge.

Weekend working is required and applicants unable to work weekends will not be considered.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
