**The Role**
- Understand client's aims and translate this into research design
- Lead the end-to-end delivery from proposal to presentation
- Run multiple new brand innovation, brand strategy and strategic planning projects
- Address client needs internally and make an impact on the company's strategic direction
- You will have solid market research agency or consultancy experience conducting full-service quant, qual and mixed methodology projects
- Be well versed in writing amazing proposals, survey design/discussion guides, IDI's, moderation, analysis, reporting and presenting
- You thrive in an environment that encourages freedom to experiment and innovate
- You are a fantastic team player and leader, supporting junior members along their journey to success
