Live-in Carers
Kemble at Home is a multiple award-winning family company, started 28 years ago and rated ‘Outstanding for Caring’ by CQC.
We are looking for live-in carers to help support our private clients in the community, in Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
We believe in fairly rewarding our carers for the important work they do, and we are delighted to offer some of the best rates of pay and support around:
- Pay from **£705.60 to £887.04 per week**, depending on the level of package the client receives
- 40p mileage allowance
- 28 days holiday pro rata
- Fully paid face to face training and ongoing training and support, with the opportunity to specialise in Dementia and End of Life Care
- Flexible working
- Pension scheme
Being a live-in carer is incredibly rewarding. You get to know the person you live with very well - you know their habits and routines, their favourite tv-programmes, their families and friends, what food they like and what makes them happy. And often, you hear the most interesting life stories.
As a live-in carer, you are much more than just a ‘care worker’. You are a companion, a confidante, and often a friend. Many of our live-in carers stay with the same client for a long time and form lasting bonds.
You will get your own supporting manager in the office, who is there to answer your questions and help you when needed. They will touch base with you regularly to discuss how you are doing and whether there is anything we can do to help.
**What do you need?**
- The right to live and work in the UK
- A full valid driving licence and your own car
- To complete an enhanced DBS (criminal records) check-- we pay for this
- No care experience is required (although it does help) - we will offer you the training you need to feel confident in your role.
If you’re interested in joining an award winning, friendly and supportive company do get in touch
