We’re looking for a Software Business Analyst/aspiring product manager, to join our growing software team. You will be reporting directly to the product director and will be involved in helping to develop the roadmap for our two core software products.

The BA has a critical role within our company, connecting the dots between the client teams and our development teams and ensuring that work is well specified and planned. You will also liaise with our user community and our clients to help define their featurerequirements.

- Supporting product director when required
- Assisting in running internal product meetings

- Working with Development teams to break down specifications into smaller deliverables
- Writing clear and concise acceptance criteria ready for backlog grooming meetings
- Working with design team to create mocks and wireframes
- Attending sprint planning meetings and answering any business questions
- Managing the customer engagement platform (UserVoice) and translating client requirements into features
- Produce release notes and communicating releases to the wider business
