**Manchester Staff** is delighted to be looking for an enthusiastic individual that can organise the showroom and impressive sample library database for their their clients continually growing business. This is a unique opportunity within aunique business that operates in the luxury goods market. Our clients work with some of the wealthiest individuals in the world all from their stunning office and facilities in South Manchester.
- Ensuring the maintenance of the samples; storage, quality and also their availability and ordering new/replacements when required.
- Ensuring samples are kept current and fresh by monitoring and ordering new releases. Sharing the new samples with the company in the monthly showroom walk-around meetings.
- Maintaining the samples database labelling and adding any new product and removing discontinued items.
- Visiting UK suppliers to select or return samples.
- Helping set up client presentations off-sight.
- Selecting and packing samples to send to clients. Paperwork must be accurate and clear for the shippers and customs if necessary
- Working alongside the Logistics team to organise the shipping of samples to clients where necessary
- Regularly contacting suppliers to maintain a good working positive relationships, maintaining responsive communications
- Ensure samples are recorded in and out with precise tracking; liaising with project teams to advise of missing items and samples over the 4-week loan period
- Ensure the product, showrooms and displays are clean & well-presented at all times
- Merchandising the showrooms understanding the higher margin and popular products
- Maintain a tidy work environment throughout the day; storage & checking areas are kept clear and clearly labelled
- Assisting and liaising with the Samples Manager in the preparation for meetings in the showroom
- Being on hand for client meetings or showroom tours, listening from the background and pre-empting the direction of the meeting.
- Report any missing or damaged samples to the Samples Manager
- Assisting hosting our important visitors, preparing the meeting rooms and helping with the food and drink preparation
- Working continuously to help develop the company brand
- To embrace the Company values and incorporate them into daily activity
- Hands on when necessary
