Job Details
Role deliverables
- Responsible for the recruitment, training and performance management of panellists to take part in the UNEX International Survey
- Maintenance of panel levels against defined survey design
- Maintenance of panellist and country level performance against defined survey KPI’s
Scope of the role
- Maintain the allocated panels to defined survey design
- Analyse and utilise the self-recruit database as the primary source to cover panel shortages
- Provide to Senior Panel Specialists information where a shortfall exists.
- Maintain panellist link to data entry website
- Maintain panellist address validation as per country information provided by the client
- Incentive type allocation for new panellists
- Specify panellist status
- Maintain panellist training process where appropriate
- Manage new panellist performance to ensure survey KPIs are maintained
- Maintain panellist communication to ensure engagement with the survey
- Resolve and respond to queries from panellists
- Record important info regarding panellists on survey management systems
- Resolving system generated performance queries with the panellist
- Identify performance trends and take appropriate action
- Resolution of panellist performance queries raised by the client
- Identify and investigate panellist integrity issues, escalate and monitor resolution
- Maintain ad hoc communication sent to panel
- Attend meetings (regular or ad hoc)
- Escalate issues related to the survey management IT systems
- Escalate panellist complaints, feedback on item production issues or issues that may represent a risk to the survey to the Senior Panel Specialists
- Ensure consistent adherence to ISO and Data Security policies

Experience / Education
- Essential_
- Degree or equivalent.
- Experience of managing survey panels, volunteer groups or comparable projects.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Able to work effectively with conflicting priorities.
- Organised and able to achieve daily and weekly deadlines, flagging potential issues to their line manager (Senior Panel Specialist).
- Target and results driven
- Ability to accurately check and analyse data
- Ability to maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Use of Excel to an intermediate level.
- Technically proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Desirable experience_
- Experience of managing International postal survey panels
- Experience of analyzing data or qualitative information
- Experience of working to ISO quality control procedures
- Business fluency (both written and spoken) in another European language other than English
