**The role**
- Nurture partnership relations, engagement and training
- Provide input to operational procedures and network management
- Assist at customer events to support understanding and use of Sonder
Your experience in decision making, response, empathy, and a drive to help others will be essential to success and satisfaction in this role.
**Who are we looking for?**
We’re seeking experienced individuals from the mental health sector and emergency services who are passionate about providing assistance to people in need. We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to assess a critical situation and determine, or recommend, the next steps. Empathy is essential.
To be successful in this role, you should have;
- Recent or current experience in the UK within emergency services and mental health
- Demonstrated ability to manage a critical incident or potentially traumatic event
- Previous experience working in an emergency management role is desirable
- Experience in working with CALD [Culturally and Linguistically Diverse] groups and vulnerable persons
