This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation in a pivotal role within their marketing team.

The position is ideally suited to someone with expert knowledge of marketing technology, to enable you to champion the use and adoption of automation, audience management and targeting, personalisation, tagging and analytics technology. You will be data-drivenand inquisitive in nature, with an understanding of the core eCommerce performance metrics, to deliver performance improvement with a customer-centric focus.

**Your role will involve**:

- Leading the scope, design, build, test and delivery of customer-centric programs and journeys to deliver on key customer growth and engagement goals across marketing
- Using insights, behavioural and personal data to create and maintain prospect and customer audiences
- Proactively identifying opportunities where marketing data and/or technology will improve conversion and engagement, reduce manual tasks and improve the customer experience.
- Assisting with implementation, testing and review of agreed solutions
- Reviewing and analysing performance of journeys and programs
- Ensuring templates and agreed assets are used correctly and consistently when building journeys
- Identifying, training and establishing a group of 'super users’ across each of the core marketing teams
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
- Delivering training, recommendations, and best practice advice to marketing
- Acting as a 'go-to’ person who inspires and motivates the broader marketing team and the rest of the business on all matters relating to data and technology, including up-to-date trends and developments
- Solid experience within a similar role, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot
- Proven experience in delivering data-driven marketing that takes advantage of audience targeting, automation and personalisation
- Hands-on experience creating and managing audiences to deliver successful customer-centric campaigns and automated programmes.
- Experience gathering and interrogating marketing and journey data to deliver insights and recommendations that analyse past and inform future campaigns
- Ability to learn HTML and how to optimise images for online use
