We are looking for reliable and experienced bar staff and kitchen help to join our team If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for making cocktails and serving pints, we want to hear from you

This job will start with just some hours in the winter months, leading to more hours in the summer.

Wages are determined based on age and experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
- Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the chef to ensure timely service and quality of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including bar, tables, chairs and floor.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Support catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and reporting shortages.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- A passion for culinary arts and meal preparation is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven experience in making cocktails and serving pints
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work on weekends, bank holidays, and throughout the summer holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £6.40-£13.00 per hour
