**Salary: NJC 7 -11 (£26,403 - £28,142 FTE; £19,352 - £20,626 actual salary based on part time hours and term time only)+ well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits**

**Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year**

**Contract: Fixed Term for one year until August 31st 2026**

**Start date: Immediate start date**

We’re looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Lift Brockworth. Within this role, you will provide support to students so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement. You will be vital in supporting our students and helping them achieve their potential.
