Job Title: Front of House Team Member

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen or bar.
- **Table Service**:

- Set up and prepare dining areas for service, including arranging tables and chairs.
- Assist with seating guests and maintaining an organized and efficient flow of service.
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing timely and proactive assistance.
- **Communication**:

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with team members to relay important information and updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or requests with professionalism and empathy.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Ensure that all Front of House areas are well-maintained and presentable.
- Assist with basic cleaning tasks as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other Front of House Team Members to create a positive and cohesive team environment.
- Support team members during busy periods, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures and protocols.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
