**ACTIVITY AND WELLBEING COORDINATOR**

Working within and with Sheffield communities.

**Full time position - Competitive salary**

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

**We need an Activity and Wellbeing Coordinator who will**
- **Have experience in a supervisory role in a leisure environment**
- **Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values**
- **Have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills**
- **Manage activities with a key focus on driving use and income as well as ensuring a safe, fun environment for our customers and colleagues.**
- **Have the ability to effectively manage a team of coaches and apprentices**
- **Create an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential**
- **Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance**

**Training will be given. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays. This role will require a DBS check to be completed prior to starting.**
