Based at our Head Office in North Hykeham, we are currently seeking an Adminstration Assistant to join both our Lindum BMS and Lindum Construction Teams.

Lindum BMS focuses on the Group’s smaller new build and refurbishment construction contracts as well as planned and reactive maintenance works across the East Midlands, whilst Lindum Construction focuses on the larger new build and refurbishment construction contracts. Both Lindum BMS and Lindum Construction have a variety of clients in sectors including affordable housing, food production, retail, education, blue light, commercial, industrial and healthcare.

Our Administration Team supports the delivery of our construction projects in a variety of ways, from bids and tenders, estimating and quotations, throughout the build process and into handover and aftercare. You’ll be joining a friendly, fun, practical, and inspiring community where no day is the same Our team members come to Lindum via diverse paths and what unites us is a shared passion for teamwork and sharing.

Both roles are located at Lindum Business Park, North Hykeham. The positions are full-time, 37.5/40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
