Support meetings (where required),communicate and ensure appropriate escalation with GSK Informed Client, Supplier Quality Assurance, Mitie Supply Chain and Suppliers.
- Support the Management of the supplier SLA and assessment programme with ongoing quality management of suppliers - to include (but not limited to) project management, change control, alignment with supply chain management, performance monitoring and supplier issue management.
- Support Supplier Assessment programme to agreed plan, ensuring that suppliers are assessed in accordance with client and Mitie procedure or policy.
- Support Mitie supplier agreements are in place; with aligned detail of service level requirements, EHS & Quality Agreements and performance montitoring requirements - with prioratisation of GxP pharma suppliers.
- Deliver the Mitie Supplier Management framework internally and across the contract.
- Carry out relevant training for activities to be undertaken, including audit training and client specific training.

Other activities
- **Support **key activities on the plan and coordinate involvement of others required in these activities, e.g.:

- Send out questionnaires
- Chase responses to questionnaires
- Follow up responses to questionnaires if any queries
- Carry out audits
- Liaise with Technical Authority for approval
- Liaise with Quality Authority for approval
- Ensuring any supplier quality processes are effectively aligned to client QMS requirements and the EFM Contract Quality Agreement
- To ensure an integrated approach with operational Site and Above Site Management teams is achieved.
- Conduct training in Supplier Quality topics, to the wider Mitie team.
- Present supplier quality status information, data analysis, metrics and general overviews to GSK management or internal customers.
- To integrate supplier management processes related to all 'GxP' (and other compliant) services which the supplier provide to GSK. (These soft, hard and lab supplier services can include distribution and logistics, GMP cleaning, pest control, laboratory equipment services, workwear management and facilities / technical management).
- Build relationships with key client l to ensure positive customer feedback.
- Ensure supplier management programme is adhered to, escalating any issues
- Achieve compliance to regulatory or statutory requirements.
- Recommend improvement to the supplier management process to promote improved efficiency or compliance.
