Internal Recruiter

Duties will involve;
- Looking after the entire IT recruitment for the business
- Managing the full internal recruitment lifecycle from advertising roles, sourcing, head-hunting, building tech talent pools, pre-screen interviews, face to face interviews, through to offer, acceptance an on-boarding
- Managing, developing and influencing internal stakeholder relationships
- Managing PSL and dealing with 3rd party agencies when required
- Working closely with the Senior / Director and assisting with other duties within the business when required
- The opportunity to help, build and shape and internal recruitment function
About you;
- IT / Technical Recruitment / resourcing experience gained within an Agency or In-house recruitment role
- Contract and permanent Tech recruitment experience would be ideal
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Confident at working with / at Director level
- Results driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Likes to multi-task and work outside of their comfort zone and learn, grow and develop in other areas
