Customer Assisstant

We are currently looking for a Customer Service assistant to join our existing team at Shell Fakenham with hours ranging from 16 - 40 per week.

**The applicant has to be over the age of 18 due to the nature of job.**

We are looking for someone who is:
Flexible and available to work evenings and late afternoons during the week, comfortable working on their own and able to use initiative.
Confident in dealing with customers with excellent customer service skills.
Competent, Reliable and Punctual.
Polite, Friendly with a bubbly personality.
Good at communicating and working within a team.
Self motivated and takes pride in their work.
Sincere and Positive.
Understands the workings of a retail environment.
Willing to pick up extra shifts to cover sickness/holidays.
Full driving licence if possible.

Our Customer Service Assistants are the face of the garage and can be very influential in how a customers visit goes.

As a Customer Service Assistant you'll be expected to;
Provide great customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Manage point of sale process (Training is provided).
Keep the store clean and presentable.
Understanding customers needs and requests.
Replenish stock and date rotate.
Look clean and professional at all times.
Be vigilant and alert.
Understand the Hot Food/Cooking process. (Training is provided).
Work well under pressure without supervision.
Communicate with customers and other members of staff.
Be able to provide additional cover for holidays and sickness.
Staff members are expected to be flexible and work the shift they have be scheduled to.

Rotas are available once training is completed.

Full training provided.

Part uniform provided, you will be required to wear black trousers and black shoes.

**Salary**: £6.56-£9.50 per hour
