**Graduate Regulation & Compliance Analyst**

Due to continued success and expansion my client is looking to recruit a recent graduate to join their business as a Graduate Regulation and Compliance Analyst.

In this role you will be reporting into and working closely with the Head of Regulation & Compliance to help support on-going change programmes by ensuring the business is constantly adapting and updating processes to meet industry regulations.

You will be fully supported by the business who will invest in a comprehensive training plan which will be made up of both internal and external courses with industry experts. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the business remains compliant,working closely with internal and external stakeholders and representing the business at industry events.

The role:

- Identifying regulatory changes and their impact on the business
- Working closely with the change team and senior leaders to implement the necessary changes across the business to meet new regulations
- Analysing operational and business processes in line with industry regulations and compliance standards
- Representing the company at external industry meetings and events, providing insight on any key topics and updates back to senior management.

About you:

- Analytical, confident, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- A desire to learn and build a career
- A degree in a relevant discipline

Salary up to £23,000 + Bonus + Benefits
