This is an exciting new role within Arena Business Centres in Ferndown, you will be working closely with our small sales and marketing team to help generate potential new customer leads and schedule viewing appointments for the Centre Managers.

Full training and support will be given on all aspects of this role. You will have the ability to personalise your approach and grow the role in order to make it your own to successfully acheive your bonus targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting outbound calls to suspects, prospects and lapsed customers
- Identifying key contacts for potential new target accounts
- Updating & growing target customer database
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Providing a fantastic level of customer service
- Working independently and proactively
- Aim to meet targets and deadlines as required
- Providing fantastic levels of product knowledge to customers and clients

We are looking for an individual that is hungry to inject themselves into our growing business, with a passion and energy for obtaining results.

Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instruction is extremely important, whilst also being able to use their own initiative where needed.

**Individual** **Criteria**:

- Must have a great telephone manner and genuine enthusiasm for talking to people at all levels.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- High level of IT literacy with the ability to use a variety of software packages
- Competent with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Maths and English GCSE A-C/4-7
- Methodical and organised with strong time management skills who works well under pressure
- Takes pride in their appearance and conforms to smart standard of dress appropriate to the role and company expectations
- Confident individual who consistently strives to perform to the highest level
- Capable of independent activity and acting on their own initiative
- Always demonstrates a high level of professional competence
- Ability to make fair, consistent and objective judgments

Salary, hours and benefits:

- Full time - 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00
- £25,000 per year plus performance-based bonus which can take your salary to £30k
