You will join the team as one of four Vendor Customer Success Managers, who are a part of our wider Customer Experience Team. By becoming a member of the Customer Success unit, you will be part of a team who are responsible for supporting our customers throughtheir agreement lifecycles as well as ensuring that they are maximising their cloud investments.

**Are you passionate about building relationships?**

As a Vendor Customer Success Manager, you will be given the opportunity to represent Softcat's biggest partners by building excellent relationships with our Mid-Market to Enterprise customers. You will possess high levels of Microsoft and Citrix productand agreement knowledge as well as Softcat services knowledge. This will help you to enable our customers to be as successful as possible, whilst providing exceptional levels of customer service.

As a Vendor Customer Success, you'll be responsible for:

- Proactively re-engaging with customers currently enrolled on the program to maximise available opportunities
- Onboard and manage new customers brought froward by Licensing Specialists and Account Managers
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers, highlighting the positive impact the programmes have had on their IT environment
- You will be expected to attended regular customer meetings and conference calls, and be comfortable travelling to customer sites where needed
- You will organise and facilitate a monthly webinar to our Softcat Microsoft customers on products and licensing updates to help them get the most value out of their agreements
- Communicating a monthly newsletter to all Softcat Microsoft, Citrix and VMware customers on products and licensing updates, new services, blogs and upcoming events
