Graduate Administrator

**Temporary ongoing, approximately 20 hours per week**

My client is seeking a data analyst to assist in an approximate 8 month project. You will need to have excellent communication skills liaising with users across various departments and also have solid MS Excel skills.
- Ongoing monitoring of our IT costs and comparison to previous quarters and years
- Develop an in depth understanding of our IT and HR data
- Review of joiners, movers, leavers to ensure correct charging of equipment.
- Ad hoc data projects to ensure that IT costs remain under control and do not increase over the course of the year
- Be part of the project to automate this activity

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an office environment.
