Primarily, you will provide administrative support to the Payroll and Pensions department, although occasional broader administrative assistance may be required. This approach will enable us to expand our customer base while maintaining and improving our outstanding level of customer service. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure accurate and timely provision of data to pension funds, while cultivating effective working relationships to deliver excellent customer service. - Serve as a Fund process knowledge expert for allocated funds, providing essential administration support to EPM Payroll Teams. - Take ownership of monthly and annual pension reporting for allocated LGPS funds, ensuring data accuracy through meticulous analysis. - Assume responsibility for monthly reporting of Teachers Pensions service data, scrutinizing and resolving queries resulting from submissions. **Requirements**: - Demonstrate previous experience as a pension administrator. - Establish credibility and foster strong working relationships. - Excel in prioritization and perform well under pressure. - Actively contribute to a collaborative team culture. - Possess solid ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. **Other information**: We offer a wide range of benefits that have contributed to our employees' long tenures: - Enjoy 26 days of annual leave plus 8 days for public holidays. - Benefit from a generous pension package. - Access the BUPA Cash Payment scheme. - Experience flexible working arrangements. - Participate in the Cycle Scheme. - Engage in company events. - Access tailored learning and development programs. - Join an inclusive and open workplace.
