Job Introduction
Landmarc, a world leading provider of integrated support services to the military, are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Service Agent (shift) to join our team up on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire. We are looking for a motivated person who has previous customer service experience and a strong working knowledge of administration to join the team

This varied and exciting role will involve by dealing with inbound and outbound calls to users of the Defence Training Estate, whilst upholding the best customer service at all times. The role offers excellent career progression into a forward thinking company.

The role offers the successful person huge flexibility, being able to do 3x12 hours shifts per week, with some of these being completed on a work from home basis. This allows a great degree of flexibility to pursue other interests.

Please note, this role will operate on a shift basis, to include nights and some lone working.

Main Responsibilities
- Providing a helpdesk service for the National Training Estate
- Creating work orders
- Answering and managing incoming calls
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Reception cover
- Administration
- Computer literate
- A good level of numeracy and literacy
- To be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good administration skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to travel to the office
- Live within commutable distance of the office

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
