Their skilled team of over 40 consultants, based in the heart of London, has unrivalledexpertise in placing individuals with Local Authorities, Public Bodies, Consultancies, and FTSE 500 corporations. Starting with a minimum annual income of £25,000, the earning potential for recruitment consultants is substantial, with average salaries of £28,000 and senior consultants earning £35,000 or more, without considering bonuses or commission. With a strongfocus on sales, the potential for commission earnings is outstanding, with Year 1 OTE of £45,000, Year 2 OTE of £65,000, and Year 3 OTE of £90,000.

You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sales and negotiation abilities, a goal-oriented approach to work, the ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solving skills, the ability to meet deadlines and targets, ambition, tenacity,confidence, self-motivation, time management and organisational skills, team-working abilities, and creativity to succeed in this role.
