Hotel Night Porter

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout the night
- Conduct security checks and ensure the safety of guests and hotel premises
- Handle late check-ins and early departures efficiently
- Assist with setting up for breakfast and light housekeeping duties
- Handle guest queries and resolve any issues that arise overnight
- Monitor and respond to any emergencies or incidents
- Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain public areas

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills for managing bookings and guest requests
- Must be flexible and available to work night shifts on a rotational basis

Pay: £11.44-£11.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
