**Maintenance Plumber**

**Location: Darlington**

**Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am till 5pm**

**Salary: £36,000 - £40,000**

**The role**:
The maintenance plumber will be joining a part of a larger team of multi skilled engineers working on a longstanding commercial contract. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems, small installation projects, servicing and repairs. You will also be helping the larger team with general building maintenance.

**What you'll need**:

- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing
- Legionella Knowledge
- Unvented Hot Water (preferred)
- As a maintenance plumber you will be working in a client facing role and around the public day to day. A knowledge of health and safety will be an advantage.
- A commercial background is essential.
