A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join an independent team of sales and lettings property professionals in Manchester.
- Well organised with a professional approach and appearance
- Proactive
- Have great communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrate empathy to both tenants and Landlords
- Good customer service background with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Able to handle and resolve difficult and sensitive issues and strong relationship building and problem solving skills
- Have a clean driving license

Key duties/objectives involved include:

- Let existing stock and attract new lettings instructions.
- Arrange and conduct market appraisals.
- Registering new applicants and matching to suitable property stock.
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
- Providing feedback to landlord’s following property viewings.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Update marketing material by taking photographs and filming video tours.
- Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary referencing/legal documentation is completed.
- Ensure that all databases are maintained and regularly updated
- Conducting inventories
- Completing all paperwork associated with the move in including tenancy agreements etc.
- Undertaking general administration duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13,827.79-£33,527.71 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
