_**Town and Country Cleaners Ltd are looking for a Senior Support Operative to work in Essex to support the Line Manager in day to day duties to achieve a cleaning service to our Customers' sites.**_
- **This is a full time position of 40 hours per week at £12 an hour.**_
- **Regular working hours are Monday to Friday 12pm - 8pm.**_
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager, you will be working on the day to day running of the contracts in the area. (Mainly schools)_
- You will be working with our cleaning teams on our contracts to ensure a quality service is consistently delivered. You will also meet with customers on a regular basis._
- **Your duties will include**_
- _Making routine visits to sites to support site supervisors and cleaning teams_
- _Inducting new members of staff_
- _Carrying out quality & Health & Safety audits_
- _Helping to rectify any issues and arranging corrective action_
- _Liaising with our customers_
- **You may be required to undertake some cleaning duties when there is an Operational need.**_
- _Cleaning experience and good technical knowledge_
- _An eye for detail_
- _A polite and professional attitude_
- _A solution based approach_
- _**A full driving license for a manual vehicle**_
- You will work as part of a team and liaise daily with our office staff and management team._
