We are looking to appoint a Senior Student Services Assistant to join our team based at our Sutton Coldfield College.
The main purpose of the role is to support the delivery of an effective and efficient student services operation, advising and guiding assistants and role modelling best practice in all aspects of student service delivery. To manage escalated queries and issues, providing supervisory support to the team where necessary.
