*Job Overview*

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team in a bustling restaurant setting. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Barista experience is required.

Previous experience working in a fast paced environment working with drink and food required.

Independence and good social skills is a must have.

*Responsibilities*
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages promptly
- Handling payments and operating the cash register
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is advantageous
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and basic culinary practices is desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide support where needed
- Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling transactions
