- Based on working an average **25 hour week** and the hourly rates below, you can expect to get a salary of **£15,000 to £16,000 per year**. Paid by the hour from £11.50 weekdays up to £13.50 weekends. Bank Holiday rates up to £23.00 per hour.

**No strangers**:We introduce our Care Assistants to their new Clients in person, increasing safety and building trust.

Example duties:

- Providing **care and support **for our clients in their own homes.
- Supporting your clients with their **hobbies and interests**.
- Assisting clients to go to their **appointments** or taking them out in the community.
- **Medication support**.
- Supporting with personal care (**washing and dressing**).
- **Preparing meals** and light domestic tasks.
- Supporting Clients to settle into bed for the evening.
