**Senior Sales Negotiator (Full Time) Barrow in Furness**

Are you a motivated team leader with excellent customer service and an ambition for sales? Can you lead by example? Do you have excellent organisation, communication and telephone skills? Can you prioritise an extremely busy workload with tight deadlines whilst ensuring the productivity of your team?

If yes, we have the role for you

This is an exciting and varied role based in our Barrow office, leading a highly efficient sales team. As well as being responsible for your own clients, arranging appointments and viewings, dealing with queries and negotiating sales, you will be required to oversee the office when the Office Manager/Valuer is away from the office.

Whilst sales experience is desirable we are happy to consider team leaders with a background in customer service from other sectors. Direct Estate Agency knowledge is not essential as long as you have drive and passion to learn and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

This will be a full time position to include one in four Saturday mornings.
