This is a high-specification independent practice, providing predominantly private treatments, circa 90%. The practice has a small NHS contract, which will equate to around 250 UDA per month, mostly for children and exempt patients, all of which have beenwith the practice for many years, they are routine and well maintained.
The practice has five high-spec surgeries, accommodating four dentists and a VT. Equipment is geared toward private treatments and there is plenty of opportunity for professional development and utilising existing skills and qualifications. The principalwho has owned the practice for three years and been with the practice for 13, is now more focussed on surgical implants, thus some patients are inherited from the principal and also provides plenty of opportunities for you to provide any treatments you wish,including Invisalign and composites, there is lots of scope for this.
The principal is very supportive as are the team as a whole, you will be well looked after and it provides an excellent opportunity where you will want to spend a number of years of your career here and enjoy going to work, benefiting from support when needed,clinical freedom, high-end equipment, and excellent opportunity for both general and other areas of dentistry.
We are seeking a dentist to work at least four days per week, to include Friday.
