We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join an award-winning financial organisation based in Birchwood. This award-winning company are currently going through extreme company growth and are looking to develop their Sales Team. You will receivea fantastic salary - £24,000 - £28,000 - OTE - £32,000 with salary increases 12 months.

**The Package for the Sales Executive**:

- Starting salary of £24,000 - £28,000 - OTE - £32,000 with a salary increase after 12 months
- Bonus structure in place based on sales

- Work from home days available after completion of training (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

**Duties for the Sales Executive**:

- Dealing with warm leads from partners
- Making outbound calls to discuss customers' needs and to find the best product for them
- Supporting the customer from start to finish
- Ensuring that you have all the correct documents for the customer
- Adhering to FCA regulations

**Skills required for the Sales Executive**:

- We want to hear from you if you have Sales Experience, this could be gained from a phone-based role, retail or hospitality
- You must be confident working in a target driven environment
- Money motivated
- Ideally you will have a car due to location, however free shuttle bus is available from the Birchwood Train Station
