Reporting to the Banqueting Manager, you will enjoy working with a well-synchronised service staff, prepared to do whatever it takes to pull off a flawless event. When the guests arrive, they will be pleased to find your polished appearance and dedication to exceptional service that delights in the details. You will feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that you’ve impressed each guest with personalised attention. You’ll be making memories for weddings, conferences, and other meetings.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
- Promote a welcoming environment
- Communicate with guests, other employees and other department to ensure guests need are met
- Support the operations and supervise the running of weddings, conference & events
- Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment
- Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating and motivating and coaching employees

**What we’re looking for**
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Previous banquet serving supervisory experience is desired
