The Happy Dog Company have been running for 10 years now and since Covid it's been very tricky for us to grow back up again, but we are now excited to be looking for a new team member again.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable individual to dog walk and dog sit in the Brighton and Hove area. (we only cover this area)

Duties will include - liaising with customers, picking up and dropping off dogs from their respective homes, walking dogs in groups on and off lead, and checking in & out on our client website and updating our socials.

All applicants must be over 18 and have a clean driving license and have their own larger car or van, this is so dogs of transported around the city in a safe way.

This is a very physical job, you must be fit and able in order to exercise the dogs sufficiently.

You must have excellent communication skills, via phone/text/in-person and be fluent in English and own a smart phone to use our client software.

All applicants must be eligible to work in this country, have a national insurance number and provide 2 previous employment references.

Unfortunately Any applicants who are not based in the Brighton & Hove Area or have no experience with dog handling will not be considered. It is also essential to the role that you have a clean driving licence and own a vehicle, that can carry multiple dogs of various sizes at any one time.

Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours

**Salary**: £48.00-£72.00 per day
