- Assist the head chef in food preparation and cooking tasks according to the menu and recipe specifications.
- Responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, vegetables, or desserts.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the standards set by the head chef.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients for their section and communicate any shortages to the head chef.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Execute tasks efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing ones.

**SKILLS**: Must have at least 3 years’ prior managerial experience gained in good quality outlets.

Pay: £31,000.00-£38,700.00 per year
