We are currently looking to recruit a Nights Administrator to support our Welsh Water contract in Bodelwyddan.
As the Nights** Administrator** **you will be part of our waste water team** **who are responsible for **assisting customers with waste water issues that are reported via Welsh Water.**
**As the **Nights Administrator **your duties & responsibilities will include**:
- Liaise with customers on both incoming and outgoing calls as and when required
- Allocating work to crews whilst considering urgency, geographic and crew capabilities
- Ensuring information loaded into the system (SAP) is updated accurately
- Review and where necessary update reports provided to ensure system compliance
**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**:
- Working to tight deadlines
- Excellent foresight and ability to plan ahead

- Stable and consistent, always operating with integrity
**Additional Information**
- The working shift pattern is a staggered shift covering the hours of 19:00 to 07:00, 365 days, working 4on/4off 10hr shifts.
