Intequal, in partnership with the Microsoft Apprenticeship Programme are currently recruiting for an energetic individual to join a fantastic company as an IT Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and gain on the job experienceto kickstart your career in IT.
About the Company
Our client is a well-known and highly respected IT brand based in Birmingham. They are a nationwide provider of managed IT services for businesses and channel partners. Their main focus is service-level-driven outsourced IT services, IT support, hardware maintenance,business continuity, service desk and field engineering services.
Job Role
We are looking to recruit an IT Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn.
As an Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:
Primarily the role will be fault finding, fixing and building laptops, PCs and printers
Providing 1st line support
Logging tickets
Server management
Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship, you will receive training through blended learning. This combines online technical training within a virtual classroom, as well as real-world and practical experience with your employer. The skills, knowledge andexperience you will gain whilst on the programme are invaluable, giving you the best possible start in your professional career within the IT industry.

**Skills Required**:
Must have good English, Maths and communication skills
A good work ethic and attitude
Must be Covid vaccinated
