We are a growing residential property maintenance business focusing on cleaning and gardening.

We are a small, dedicated team, and pride ourselves for delivering top, industry-standard quality of works, with a highly personal and friendly service.

We are looking to bring our range of cleaning, gardening, and maintenance services in house.

This is a field-based role which involves visiting different sites around the areas we cover, carrying out a range of tasks.

**The current area we cover is London and the Home Counties but may cover more area with expansion of the business.**

As our Building Maintenance Assistant, you will:

- Clean communal areas
- Assist with gardening and landscaping
- Change light bulbs.
- Fix stair treads.
- Door closer adjustments.
- Use appropriate lifting, carrying, and transporting techniques for heavy or difficult items.

It is essential that you:

- Are highly organised.
- Have a flexible attitude, being adaptable to changes and great time management/organisation skills.
- Have a Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Have Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Are Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Are fluent in English both written and verbally.
- Hold a Full clean driving license and can drive a manual transmission van.

**MUST have previous cleaning or gardening experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
