Our client is a continuously growing and vibrant ESG advisory firm who work predominantly in emerging markets, founded by some highly experienced, entrepreneurial and international ESG Advisors who are passionate about the climate, environmental and socialchallenges utilising the power of finance to invoke change.
Experience gained in international organisations allows close client contact and consulting to work alongside international financial institutions and some of the worlds leading consultancies to challenge the status quo, whilst mitigating ESG risk and supportprojects to deliver real change in the environment.
Projects typically involve designing, building and delivering ESG Systems, ESG capacity building across multi - billion - dollar assignments, including reforestation and community investment.
The expanding team need more experts and are now looking for delivery people with experience in addressing ESG risk and opportunities on international projects.
Ideal skills will cover ESIA, ESDD, IFC knowledge along with a wider interest or exposure in biodiversity project delivery and a 'social' impact bias.

**Experience**:

- 10-15 years' experience in a similar role working with ESIAs, and ESDD, amongst strong consulting skills.
- An undergraduate degree in biological, biophysical, or social science required.

**Essential skills required**:

- Carrying out ESIA and ESDD studies as well as developing ESIA and ESDD reports for projects
- Working with IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles
- Incorporating stakeholder feedback
- Working within both international and local guidelines and legislation
- Working with other consultants and associates, including support to junior consultants
- Coordinating with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure report requirements are met
- Managing project budgets and schedules
- Implementing appropriate management plans
- Organizing stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops
- Representing the firm at meetings with clients, lenders and stakeholders
