**Salary up to £25,000 + OTE of up to £31,000**

**Role Overview**:

- Provide an excellent level of customer service, building rapport and understanding customers' needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with all customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Ensure all orders are packed and dispatch correctly.
- Adhere to the procedures for handling cash, cheques and accounts.
- Monitor and maintain agreed stock levels and check deliveries against delivery notes, ensuring all parts are accounted for..
- Assist with stock checks and process warranty claims.
