We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Assistant to join the County Healthy Together Administration Team.

**Vacancy Detail**

The team are currently working with a blended approach from within the office and from home once all training and competencies have been completed, with an expectation that ad-hoc travel to bases across the county may be required.

**The Team**
You will be joining a well-established admin team who provide support for the 0-19 clinical team who provide Public Health nursing across Leicestershire and Rutland. As a Business Assistant you will be working alongside the Clinical Service Team Leaders within the 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service. You will work in a team of established Business Assistants who support the wider County Healthy Together Family Service Managers and Professional Leads.

**The Role**
The role is diverse, with each day bringing new challenges. You will have a proven ability in using your own initiative. Working with confidential and highly sensitive information you must show attention to detail and the ability to work accurately, whilst understanding the importance of adhering to Trust Policies and local procedures. A confident, professional personality with a can do attitude will be an asset.

Due to the fast pace and nature of the work, the post holder would be required to have the essential knowledge and experience and be able to demonstrate within the following areas:

- Previous experiences of working in an administrative/business support function in an office environment.
- GCSE in English Language and Maths Grade C/4 or above.
- Highly skilled in all Microsoft Office Packages.
- NVQ/RQF Level 3 in administration or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience in delivering an efficient administrative service.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Adopt a flexible, self-motivated approach to work.
- An ability to communicate sensitively and effectively at all levels.
- Previous experience of organisation, facilitation and recording of meetings.
- An ability to prioritise work reactively and be confident working independently.
