Rope Access Level 3 Supervisor

**Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Level 3 Rope Access Technician** to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in performing a variety of high-level tasks, including specialized cleaning and basic maintenance projects **Duties** - Safely perform Level 3 rope access tasks, including various types of cleaning (e.g., window cleaning, pressure washing, façade cleaning). - Perform cleaning and maintennace tasks both on the ground and abseil - Conduct basic maintenance activities such as minor repairs, inspections, and equipment upkeep. - Oversee and manage safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with industry standards. - Lead and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 rope access technicians and other team memebers, ensuring high-quality work and safe practices. - Ensure equipment is properly maintained, certified, and used effectively. - Complete job-specific documentation and reports. - Troubleshoot and solve technical problems on the job site. - Collaborate with management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - JUST TAKE STRESS AWAY FROM THE DIRECTOR.
