**Graduate Sales Executive** **Location**:City Centre **Salary**:£20-24k (£30-35k OTE - uncapped commission) **Sectors**:Finance/Technology **Start date**:Flexible (ASAP) **Hours**: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday I am currently recruiting for one of the fastest growing fintech businesses outside of London. Thinking outside the box is something this company relish, there are no bad ideas. These people love to get stuff done. They have developed from a tiny officein Ardwick, to occupying an entire floor in Manchester City Centre. From 4 to 60 staff. From finance start-up, to launching new fintech brands. This company are getting bigger and better every day. Help us write the next chapter in their exciting story. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - New business development through outbound calling of warm prospect list - Effectively sourcing leads and converting into opportunities - Salesforce reporting and usage - ensuring all information in Salesforce is inputted correctly, lead generation and qualification processes are adhered to - Capable of managing a pipeline of prospects and leads - Maintaining good communication with sales team to optimise deal closure - Strive to hit and exceed given KPIs and targets - Product knowledge - ability to understand full range of products (training will be provided) - Research and build new contacts and customers within defined markets **About You**: - Record of exceptional achievement in exceeding goals - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success - A positive attitude towards life with a mindset where you seize the day and take initiatives You’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary, fantastic career progression, a great environment, and the opportunity to work for a fast-growing VC-backed FinTech company that is delivering innovative solutions that make a difference.
