This is a business who have a clear timeline of progression for an experienced **Process Engineer**.
Year 1-2 would involve the setup of a site, and advising on maintaining and upgrading current machinery. You would be setting up on the facilities side and maintaining and upgrading manufacturing machinery.
Once the site is all set up, you would continue your engineering duties, but also receive bespoke training up to a management role, partnering closely with an expert in the field.
Even better, this opportunity is working days only, no shifts
This role would be perfect for an existing Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager or Engineering Supervisor.

**What the business needs from you**

- Established history and relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Ability to understand machinery and tooling in an engineering environment (learn current machines and develop improvements)
- Site maintenance improvements experience, including being involved in and managing contractors.
- Experience in developing people.
